MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Employer Membership service start date ( effective date ), is the date the full Annual Membership Payment is received. Employer Memberships expire at the end of each calendar year ( 12/31 ) as noted on your agreement/invoice unless renewed.

Annual Employer Membership details:

- Basic Level Memberships include Weekly job importing service

- Standard Level Memberships include Weekly job importing service

- Premium Level Memberships include Daily job importing service

In addition to automatic job importing, unlimited manual job postings can be posted anytime by unlimited account users with all Membership Levels.

- All Employer Members receive a profile on our website featuring your organization's name, logo, description, and links to your opportunities. https://hlpa.com/employers/employerlist.html

- Employer Members in good standing will also be recognized on our America's Best Places For Hispanics / Latinos To Work Lists ( https://hlpa.com/employers ) which are listed by Industry, Location, and Alphabet. Additional information on these lists and terms for remaining on them and in good standing can be found at: https://hlpa.com/aboutus.html .

- Employer Members may use the "America's Best Places For Hispanics / Latinos To Work" Logos / Badges on your website or any of your materials, you can access them here: https://hlpa.com/logos .

- Standard Employer Members receive one (1) Virtual Job Fair or Custom Recruiting Event OR two (2) Recruitment Email Advertising Campaigns to our opt-in database each Membership term.

- Premium Employer Members receive one (1) Virtual Job Fair or Custom Recruiting Event AND two (2) Recruitment Email Advertising Campaigns to our opt-in database each Membership term.

Additional events and emails can be added at current Employer rates.

Reporting is included for all Membership levels and each Employer is given a password accessable online reporting page.

All membership benefits, credits, and privileges expire at the end of the Membership term unless renewed.

The HLPA reserves the right to refuse a company's MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM based on the HLPA's written policy, as is available upon request.

When a MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM is accepted, an invoice will be issued within 2 business days reflecting the agreed upon services. All fees are due within the due date as noted on the invoice and all fees paid are nonrefundable.

All services will be available upon payment.

Term of Membership  - Full Annual Membership Payment receipt date until 12/31. Renewal Notices are sent out in advance and "Client Organization" has the option to renew their Employer Membership and Services at that time.

Recruitment Email Campaigns are good for reaching up to 750 targeted matches in the targeted location(s).

Virtual Recruiting Events include all programming and set up of your Virtual Recruiting Space, and includes a private waiting room for your organization, a webinar area (if requested), and up to nine ( 9 ) private face to face interview/meeting rooms. The HLPA will also provide a dedicated Host for your Virtual Event Space.

Exhibit space at all HLPA in person events will include one ( 1 ) draped table and two ( 2 ) chairs. Employers may request additional tables and chairs, in which the HLPA will try to accommodate the Employer on a case by case and availability basis.

Employers cannot assign or sublet virtual or in person event space without the prior written consent. Employer acknowledges that all events are for recruiting purposes only, and in the case of in person events, all Exhibitor personnel, tables, chairs, booth display, and materials must remain within the designated space while doing so. The HLPA reserves the right to alter the event layout and location assignments, and also reserves the right to alter event hours and date(s). In the event an event is canceled or rescheduled by circumstances beyond the HLPA's control, the HLPA will have no further liability other than issuing a credit towards a future event. The HLPA is not responsible for individual Exhibitor materials and displays at in person events. Exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for the actions of its agents, employees, or independent contractors, acting within or outside the scope of their authority, and agrees to indemnify and hold the HLPA and/or the exhibit hall/venue harmless from and/or against responsibility or liability resulting directly, indirectly, or jointly, from the acts or omissions of its agents, employees or independent contractors, acting within or outside the scope of their authority. Exhibitor agrees to comply with the reasonable requests of the HLPA, its agents and/or employees. Exhibitor also agrees that its agents and/or employees will observe the general rules and regulations of the exhibit hall/space. HLPA shall not use your name and/or logos, and/or photographs taken at the event that feature your name and/or logos, for any purpose without your prior written consent. The HLPA agrees to promote the event in a way it feels will be the best way to attract quality attendees, and reserves the right to alter the promotional campaign at any time.

Any Employer in violation of the HLPA's membership eligibility requirements may be removed from the program at any time. If an Employer is removed due to noncompliance issues, the Employer will not be entitled to any credits or refunds.

The REGISTRATION ORDER FORM along with the MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS and confirmation detailed INVOICE represents the entire agreement between the parties. This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and understandings between the parties and can only be modified by mutual consent by the parties involved in writing, signed by both parties. California law will be used to interpret this agreement and the rights of the parties involved. In the event of any legal action, the prevailing party may recover its costs of suit, including any reasonable attorney fees.
